While on a large loop from our house around Green Lake, May and I stumbled into our friends Lauren and Anne (and Auggie the puppy) whom we had dinner with the night before. It just proves, if you wait long enough, you can see just about anyone people-watching at Green Lake.May and I enjoyed a nice la-za-roni weekend with the rain. Due to an enormous amount of rain causing avalanches and washing away the mountain snow, May and I decided to do some after-Christmas-sale shopping at the mall and REI to get out of the rain. There were plenty of sales, a bit too dangerous... I'm all stocked up on shirts and Gore-Tex.
